Optional analytics and browser diagnostics
With your consent we use privacy-friendly product analytics and browser error diagnostics to understand how the app is used and fix failures. We disable session recording, autocapture, performance tracing, console capture, and any collection of form bodies, free text, cookies, headers, or URL query strings. The providers are not loaded before you accept.

Google Analytics
We send an event when someone starts the Map, completes each stage, finishes it, and creates an account. Google Analytics also records its standard session measurements, such as visits and time engaged. It sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, each kept for 2 years, and we delete them if you withdraw consent.
Those events carry only the stage number. No page views, and never URL query strings.
Zoho Desk
The help button on every screen, for searching our help articles and sending us a support request. It keeps its settings in your browser on our site (keys starting zdasap_, plus noOfTabs, currentTabId and one named after our Zoho portal) until you withdraw consent, when we delete them. Zoho also sets the crmcsr security cookie on its own domain, desk.zoho.uk, for your browser session; we cannot delete cookies on Zoho’s own domain.
Loaded only after you accept. We do not tell Zoho who you are. Zoho sees your IP address, browser type and the pages you use it on, and assigns its own visitor identifiers.
