We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. This page covers who owns what, and how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.
Ownership
© 2026 MyPholyo. All rights reserved. The app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by MyPholyo and protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other laws. You keep ownership of the content you enter, as set out in our terms of service.
Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)
If you believe content in the app infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to hello@theportfolio-method.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- identification of the material you’re asking us to remove, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you’re the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
We’ll review valid notices and may remove or disable the material, and where appropriate notify or take action against repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
